We're excited to announce our second update in April, and our seventh of 2024: Recycly 2024.7.
This epic release includes new, even more customisation options for ID and Spec labels, many user experience improvements, and additional reporting and compliance features.
Asset Type and Asset Item Enhancements
- Updated data storage terminology based on customer feedback.
- Enhancements to functionality and usability for data storage features and Contract Templates.
- Visual display + easier filtering of Data Bearing status of all assets.
- Numerous enhancements to asset Attributes, such as Manufacturer SKU, Network Ports, Storage Interface, and OS options - and Attribute Groups.
- Usability enhancements to Asset Types & Services functionality.
- Enhancements to customisable Spec and ID labels. Can now be made available per-asset type.
User Experience (UX) Improvements
- Clearer tooltips (pop-up help) for existing menu items, and many new tooltips across the system.
- Log Notes (Audit Trail) enhanced to include more details across various parts of the system.
- More easily understandable notifications regarding duplicated and incorrect values when entering new records.
- Adjustments to BOM creation from Asset Types, to ensure consistent unit of measure (UoM) settings.
Data Import even easier
- New data import templates for Asset Items, Asset Types, Services, Stock Locations, Manufacturers, Model Numbers, and customer-supplier relations - making it even easier for you to import from other sources.
New Features
- New actions on Assets for printing and reprinting ID and Spec labels.
Compliance
- Company config's "Registrations & Accreditations" tab enhanced.
