We're excited to announce our next release: Recycly 2025.5.
This release includes improvements to deliveries handling, sales order workflows, Word template functionality, and shipping integrations, along with several usability enhancements.
As always - this update wouldn't be possible without all the feedback from our awesome customers - so a big thank you.
Deliveries and Dispatch
- Added new "Notes for the Warehouse" and "Notes for Delivery Carrier" fields to deliveries.
- Added a new Items to Deliver view listing all pending stock moves that are waiting to have stock assigned or be dispatched.
- Removed the Relative Date ("in 2 days") widget from date fields on the Deliveries list.
- Carried through Warehouse and Delivery Carrier notes from Sales Orders to Delivery Orders, with these notes now visible on delivery lists.
- Ensured the "Find More..." option is always available when reserving items for a delivery. Improved the search pop-up to filter by SKU by default, with the option to expand the search.

- Ensured that package dimensions are correctly sent to carriers when requesting shipping quotes and labels.
- Added currency information and a new "Insured Value" field to shipping packages.
- Updated all remaining references from "PO Number" to "Customer PO Ref.".
Collections and Stock
- Made the Territory field on Lots editable and ensured it receives a default value when new lots are created.
- Appended " (Archived)" after collection names when they are archived, e.g. when viewed from a stock move.
Templates and Reporting

- Introduced new dynamic merge fields for Word templates: waste_qty_by_ewc_code and waste_weight_by_ewc_code.

Added a computed numeric ewc_code field.
General Fixes
- Automatically added the Inbound Order customer as a follower for emails when creating or updating an Inbound Order.
