We're excited to announce Recycly 2025.11 which includes improvements to booking forms, address book usability, inbound order reporting, and item/lot confirmation workflows.
Address Book
- Address Book tags are now displayed in alphabetical order when grouping the list view.
Inventory & Lots
- The action previously called “Split Lot” has been renamed to “Split / Unpack Lot” for clarity across the system.
- The “Confirm Scanned Items and Lots” wizard has been improved for better performance and usability.
Booking
- Users can now upload video(s) directly to the Booking Form.
Inbound Orders & Collections
- Inbound Order Tags are now visible on the Collections/Drop-offs list view.
- The Marketing and Sales Report under Inbound > Reporting has been enhanced with both pivot and chart views for easier analysis.
Fleet
- A new Tags menu has been added under Fleet > Configuration, allowing better categorization and management of fleet records.
The above changes are now available for all customers to use (you might just need to refresh your browser).
