We’re excited to announce Recycly 2025.12 which includes improvements to global search, list & kanban views, setup guidance, documents management, sales visibility, activity assignments and email templates.
Phone / Mobile Search
- Phone and mobile searches now ignore spaces, brackets, and plus signs, making it far easier to find contacts regardless of formatting.
Lists & Views
- Manually orderable list views no longer allow column-header sorting to prevent conflicts with drag-and-drop ordering.
Sales & SKUs
- “Qty Available” is now shown on Outbound Sales Orders and SKU listings to improve stock visibility at a glance.
Collections & Drop-offs

A new Kanban view is available for Collections and Drop-offs, providing a visual workflow of items, their stage (status), scheduled date/time, vehicles, expected items, and scanned items.
- Fixed an issue where processing collections with fewer items than expected could create duplicate item lines.
Setup Assistant
- Direct links to Overview, Config, and Workflow video playlists are now visible for quicker access to guidance.
- Knowledge base links and video links are accessible for Setup Actions where available - as we further link the three sources together: Setup Assistant Actions, Knowledgebase article, and videos.
User Menu & Navigation
- The top-right User Profile menu has been reorganized and now includes direct links to relevant YouTube playlists.
Documents & Templates
- The former “Documents” app has been renamed to “Documents & Templates.”
- A direct link to the corresponding Knowledgebase article has been added under the Document Templates menu.
- Various screens' layouts and workflows have been significantly improved for easier navigation and faster document handling, and the Merge Fields functionality now allows you to choose from your most recently used fields from the same system area.
Activities & Assignments
- The “Assigned To” field now supports assigning activities to portal users as well as internal users.
Email Templates
- Email Templates now have a Kanban view, with a default grouping by Model for easier management.
Administration & Settings
- When Word-to-PDF conversion is configured centrally, the related options are hidden from the Settings area to reduce clutter.
