We're excited to announce our 11th release of the year: Recycly 2024.11
This release includes enhancements to the Customer Portal, Item and Lot Management and Audit Tools integrations, including a new integration with Global Erasure.
Customer Portal
- Inventory Report and Data Erasure and Destruction certificate reports now downloadable from the customer portal by default
- The reports available to download can be customised via the "Document Templates" area of the system
Item and Lot Management
- Simplified import of Items and Lots directly into the warehouse.
- CPU Models can now be created directly via data import of Items & Lots
- Removed the requirement for associating all Items and Lots with Inbound Orders
Component and Lot Details
- Remaining Quantity now displayed as well as Original Quantity for lots when they are part-sold.
- Refinements to the way Component lots are created, ensuring that all relevant parent lot details are also present on components
Audit Reports and Sources
- Added main menu item for Hardware Audit Report Sources making it easier to find.
- Refinements to Audit Report Source configuration
- Refinements to the initial configuration of Aiken Integration to make it easier to set up
Global Erasure Integration
- Added an audit software integration with Global Erasure
Miscellaneous Fixes and Improvements
- Ensured that non-stocked component lots are deleted when the parent lot is deleted.
