Adding an HTML Email Signature to Recycly

You can edit your email signature in your user profile

The Email Signature field allows you to add various rich content, insert images, etc.

Inserting an Existing HTML Email Signature

Often you will already have a HTML-formatted signature that you wish to use

Copy the signature HTML

One technique for accessing the HTML is to use your browser's "Inspect" feature to directly access the HTML.

1. Right click on the signature you want to copy in your browser and click "Inspect"

2. In the HTML pane that appears, hover over the HTML elements until you find the one that contains the whole signature

3. Right-click on that element and select Copy -> Copy Outer HTML

Add the Signature HTML to Recycly

1. Now in Recycly, click your username in the top-right, and click My Profile​

2. Clear out the current contents of the email signature field, then right-click on it and click Inspect

3. Then on the HTML pane that appears, right click on the "p" tag as shown below, and click Edit as HTML

This will make the HTML of the email signature editable

4. Finally, you can paste in your updated signature HTML

5. Then click anywhere in the blank space to the left of where you have edited the HTML and it will be updated

And your HTML will be shown in the Email Signature field
