Your data
Each customer runs in their own dedicated environment with its own database - customer data is never co-mingled.
Backups
Automated backups are taken nightly, giving a recovery point of no more than 24 hours, with restore capability in place.
Continuity
A concise disaster recovery and business continuity summary is available to customers and evaluating prospects on request, and forms part of our standard supplier pack before contract signature. Our published Security & Compliance policy library (opens in a new tab) sets out the wider information security approach, and two-factor authentication is available for both staff and portal users.
