We’re excited to announce Recycly 2025.15 - This release includes usability improvements across inbound operations, document templates, inventory handling, invoicing integrations, and general performance and stability.
Document Templates
- Renamed the “Transfers” system area to include “Collections / Drop-offs” everywhere it appears, providing clearer and more consistent terminology.
- Made commonly used fields easier to access when creating and editing document templates for key system areas.
- Improved the system area selection when creating a new document template by allowing users to type and filter options more easily.
Inbound Orders, Quotations & Services
- Added an “Expected Items” tab to inbound quotations created outside of an inbound order, allowing items to be pre-populated and reused when creating inbound orders and collection records.
- Split service configuration into clearer sections for quotations/orders and invoicing, making service behaviour and pricing easier to understand.
- Introduced a new “Service Options” tab with guidance on how service options can affect pricing and usage.
- Aligned the order of inbound purchase order views to match quotations and sales orders for a more consistent user experience.
Inventory, Items & Lots
- Enhanced the Print Labels wizard to let users define both how many new item or lot IDs are generated and how many labels are printed per item or lot.
- Ensured that adding a lot no longer incorrectly changes its type when selecting an asset type or setting the quantity to one.
- Prevented non-stock “view” locations from being selected when receiving items into stock or converting audit reports into inventory items.
- Fixed an issue where lot weight was not automatically updated after changing the weight of an asset sub-type.
Manufacturers & Asset Data
- Prevented the creation of duplicate manufacturer names to keep manufacturer data clean and consistent.
- Fixed issues when merging manufacturers to ensure data is handled correctly.
Sales Orders
- Resolved an issue that prevented users from manually adding expected items to sales orders.
Knowledgebase
- Fixed an issue with the knowledgebase list when grouping entries and searching using keywords.
Integrations & Accounting
- Improved the Xero connection process to ensure a reliable connection by always creating a fresh authorisation.
- Ensured that when invoices are posted to Xero, the Xero invoice number is correctly used as both the invoice number and the payment reference when configured.
Performance & Usability
- Improved performance for customers with large numbers of unprocessed audit reports, ensuring smoother background processing over time.
- Fixed keyboard navigation issues in the data storage information popup to improve accessibility and ease of use.
