We're pleased to announce our second product update of the year: Recycly 2025.2
This release of Recycly includes enhancements across audit report processing, portal functionality, organisation and site records, and Aiken and Certus integrations, along with improvements to the collection list, sales, contracts and pricing features.
Audit Reports and Inventory Management
- It is now possible to create Recycly Items directly from Audit Reports via an action on the Actions menu
- Audit reports without a serial number can now be processed as long as an item number is provided.
- The Hardware Audit Report screen has been enhanced to display matching lots and offer a manual update option (similar to how matching reports are shown on the Item screen)
- Added an Asset Type Mappings tab to audit report sources, which is used when creating new items from audit reports
- Archived items and lots are now hidden by default.
Portal Enhancements
- The portal “Asset List” has been relabelled as “Inventory” / “Items & Lots” for consistency with the Inventory Report
- Ad-hoc addresses now display the company name on the portal.
- Contact names are shown above company names on the portal.
Organisation and Site Records
- Users can now search for addresses by postcode and the first line of the address in address drop-downs
- An optional Local Council field has been added for Organisation and Site records.
- An optional Hazardous Waste Premises Code has been introduced.
- Options are now available to hide the Number of IT Seats, Number of Employees, and Annual Turnover fields.
- EWC code data has been updated with a cleansed version for improved usability.
Aiken Integration
- Integration with Aiken now enables mapping of top-level fields to Recycly fields, such as Asset Tag
- The “Create Aiken Lot” button has been removed from inbound orders.
- RAM asset types are now automatically generated based on the RAM type.
- Support for custom fields in Aiken has been added.
Certus Integration
- Certus Drive and System reports are now downloaded separately and merged to include the erasure standard.
- Custom field mappings for Certus have been added, along with new configuration tabs.
Collections and Sales
- Collection and drop-off lists now display vehicles, crew, and courier details.
- The display of driver, vehicle, and courier information on collections has been enhanced.
- The Schedule Collection wizard now pre-selects the warehouse when only one is available.
- Customer purchase order numbers are now visible on inbound and outbound sales order lists.
Contracts and Setup
- A filter for archived contract templates has been added.
- Contracts can now be archived directly from the form view.
- The Setup Assistant has been updated to move warehouse configuration earlier in the process.
- Placeholder text for warehouse names and short codes has been added during setup.
Inbound Pricing and Labelling
- Inbound pricing rules now allow asset type lines to be added to quotes with a zero quantity when no matching assets are currently present, rather than being excluded.
- An option to include the Collection Number on Item ID labels has been added.
