Recycly Release 2025.6

4th June 2025

We're excited to announce our next release: Recycly 2025.6.

This release includes improvements to contract services, inbound orders, items to deliver, customer management, document templates, and overall user interface clarity and control and configurability.

As always - this update wouldn't be possible without all the feedback from our awesome customers - so a big thank you.

Inbound Orders

  • Added filters for Expected Confirmation Dates on Inbound Orders: Overdue, Due Today, and Future
  • Services and Options can now be added directly to Inbound Orders on the new Services tab
  • Manual Quantities can now be set on the Services tab of Inbound Orders, and a warning is displayed if a required manual quantity has not been entered.
  • Prevented changing the Contract on an Inbound Order that already has services, and added a warning if attempted.
  • Added warnings when a service on an Inbound Order requires an option to be selected but none is chosen.
  • Added coloured highlighting for manually-added services on Inbound Orders.

Contract Services

  • Replaced legacy Inbound Pricing Schemes with new, more rationalised Contract Services structure
  • Added pricing information to Contract Service Options. Each option can now have either a Fixed Price, or a positive / negative Adjustment to the total price for that service
  • We now show the number of Inbound Orders linked to each Contract
  • Services are now managed in their own area in the Asset Types & Services app
    • Note that we're considering moving Asset Types and Services to the appropriate configuration area(s) of Recycly

Document Templates

  • Enabled configuration of the filters for Items & Lots on document/report templates.

Customer Management

  • Introduced a new (optional) Customer Code field that can be auto-generated from the customer name
  • Added “Generate” buttons for Customer Code and Hazardous Premises Code when fields are empty
  • Enforced uniqueness of Hazardous Premises Codes

Items to Deliver area

  • Introduced a new “Items to Deliver” view listing all pending stock moves awaiting stock assignment or dispatch
  • Added separate Customer and Delivery Address columns to the “Items to Deliver” list
  • Included SKU display in the “Items to Deliver” list

Visual and Interface Improvements

  • We now highlight the background of fields when they are selected. The default highlight colour is Recycly green, but this can be changed in the Settings area
  • Changed references from “PO Number” to “Customer PO Ref.” throughout the system for consistency
  • Restored the “Company” field on various screens when in multi-company mode

Access and Permissions

  • Prevented deletion of stock moves from within a transfer to avoid accidental removal of items
  • Allowed editing of the “Territory” field on Lots, and ensured it receives a default value
  • “View & Update All Ad-Hoc Contacts” no longer requires Settings access

The above changes are now available for all customers to use (you might just need to refresh your browser).
