Recycly Release 2025.7.5

Recycly 2025.7.5 is an interim Feature and Bugfix release

This release includes improvements to audit reporting, waste tracking, and general usability enhancements.

Audit Reports

  • Recycly Audit Reports now support the creation of multiple assets from a single Audit report, for example multiple Drive reports from a single Certus erasure report.
  • Users can now create Recycly items from audit reports that include multiple devices.
  • Disk-only reports from Certus are now fully supported, with the ability to nominate specific erasure machines (devices) from the Audit Report Source settings.
  • Users can mark processed audit reports as ‘To Be Processed’ to re-link them to different items.

Warehouse

  • Unused ‘Resupply From’ fields are now hidden by default in the Warehouse configuration.

Addresses

  • SIC Code and Local Authority fields are now visible on Ad Hoc addresses.

Waste Tracking

  • A new reporting view provides a summary of actual waste by EWC code for each collection.
  • Users can access detailed actual waste weight data by EWC code on stock transfers.
  • Exporting hazardous waste consignment codes is now possible from the Items & Lots list.

Invoicing

  • Fixed an error message issue when creating Down Payment invoices.

Stock Movements

  • Improved warning message when changing the source or destination on stock movements.
