Exporting Unopened Email Contacts

Overview

This article explains how to export the list of contacts who received your mailing but have not opened it, using the Recycly (Odoo‑based) email marketing module.

Prerequisites

  • User account with Marketing → Mailings access
  • An existing mailing campaign for which you wish to export unopened contacts

Procedure

1. Open your Mailing

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Mailings
  2. Find the Mailing you wish to view UNSENT emails for
  3. Under the More option, click Sent to view all emails dispatched for that campaign

2. Filter by Sent State

  1. Select Group By → State
  2. Expand the Sent group. This shows all contacts who were sent the email regardless of whether they opened it.

Exporting the List

  1. With the Sent group expanded, click Action → Export.
  2. Select the fields you wish to include (e.g. Name, Email, Mailing ID, State).
