Sending Templated Emails

Recycly has a very powerful email system, that lets you send and track emails against most records in the system.

Part of this is the ability to send emails using re-usable email templates, which can contain standard content and attachments.

How to send a templated email

Some areas of the system have specific toolbar buttons for sending templated emails. For example, in Quotations you can press the Send by Email button and the system will use the standard "Send Quotation" template to generate an email.

From the above screen, you can edit the email directly as needed, or you can select an alternative email template from the Load template field.

For areas of the system that do not have a "Send by Email" button, you can use the Send Message button, which is usually shown either on the right-hand side of the screen, or below the current record, as shown below:

To send a templated message after clicking the Send Message button, you need to click the Full Composer button indicated below

On the Full Composer, you can then use the Load template field to select the template you wish to use
