Inviting Customers to the Portal

The Recycly Customer Portal gives your customers access to their Jobs, Collections / Drop-offs, Quotes, Orders and Invoices.




Within the Jobs area, they can view the status, access and download their asset lists, and download their reports including certificates of data destruction.


To grant a customer access to the portal, you can go either to their main customer (Company) record, or to the individual contact who you wish to invite, press the Action button, and select Grant Portal Access.




You you will then see a screen that shows Contacts without portal access and also Contacts already with portal access.



To invite the selected contacts, click the Invite Contacts button. You can remove any contacts from the list who you do not wish to invite.


The customer will receive an email similar to the below with a link to log in and set their password.




Clicking Activate Account will take the user to the following screen:




Once they have set a password they will be logged in to their account.
