Performing actions on a large number of assets

Managing Assets Updated 13 February 2026 1 min read

By default, for performance reasons, Recycly will only show the first 80 items / lots that match your search.

It is common to need to perform actions on more than 80 assets at a time, for example to mark them for auditing.

Fortunately, this is simple to do. When using the checkbox in the top left of the list to select all items, you can use the "Select all (xyz)" button (as shown below)

Any actions you then perform, such as mass-updates, will then apply to all the matched records, rather than just the first 80

Viewing more than 80 records

If you wish to view more than 80 records, you can increase this limit temporarily

First click the text that shows "1-80"

You can then increase the limit (up to a maximum of 5000)

Press Enter and the list will be updated to show the new number of records.
